Wales’ leading golfer Bradley Dredge will play in the Sky Sports Trophy this week in the opening event of the PGA Europro Tour season.
Dredge, who claimed his maiden Tour victory in Madeira earlier this year has risen from 238th to 50th in the World Rankings in the past 12 months.
Currently 15th in the Volvo Order of Merit on the main European Tour, Dredge is looking forward to the opportunity to play in his home country.
“I am really looking forward to competing this week at the Marriott St.Pierre. I am a big supporter of developmental golf and the standard on the Tour is outstanding. It’s always an honour to play competitive golf in Wales and I am looking forward to testing my game with the stars of tomorrow”.
Marriott St.Pierre’s Director of Golf, Ben Laing, was delighted by the announcement that Dredge would play. “We are delighted that Bradley has chosen to play at St.Pierre this week. He is flying the flag for Welsh golf and will bring an extra element of excitement to the event”.
Anyone in the local area is invited to come along to Marriott St Pierre to watch Dredge and the other PGA Europro Tour players in action, all for FREE!
