Thirty two 888poker.com PGA EuroPro Tour players have made it through Regional Qualifying for the Open Championship 2012.
The players will now take part in Local Final Qualifying, which will take place on July 3 across four different venues in the North West of England. Twelve places at this yearâ€™s Open Championship are up for grabs.
Among the 888poker.com PGA EuroPro Tour members to have progressed is Order of Merit leader Martin LeMesurier, who shot a 68 at Ferndown to earn his progression to Local Final Qualifying.
James Hepworth, who is third on the Order of Merit after winning last weekâ€™s WSL Open at Collingtree Park, has also made it through Regional Qualifying after carding 70 at Moortown Golf Club.
Tom Haylock shot at 64 to finish five shots ahead of the field at Abridge. John Spagnuolo, Daniel Wardrop and Paul Doherty also carded the lowest scores at their Regional Qualifying venue.
