Following high demand to enter the UK’s leading golf tour, the PGA EuroPro Tour has made additional places available at all four First Stage venues.
The initial allocation of spots at each of the four First Stage courses had filled prior to the closing date for entries, but the tour, working together with the four host venues, has added 12 extra spaces at each venue to satisfy the demand to enter Qualifying School.
Members who had signed up to the reserve list at any of the venues have now been entered into the field at their first choice venue after being contacted by the PGA. Woldingham had a long reserve list and remains full, while limited spaces are now available at each of the other three venues; Players Club, Formby Hall and Slaley Hall.
Entry for Qualifying School closes at 3pm this Wednesday (March 12), but it is anticipated that some first stage venues will fill prior to this, so members are advised to register as soon as possible in order to avoid missing out on their preferred course.
