Click here for the 2008 scheduleThe PGA EuroPro Tour is delighted to announce that Faithlegg Golf Club in Waterford will host the Tour once again this year.

Faithlegg took centre stage in 2007 when Order of Merit winner Graeme Clark (pictured) made great strides towards securing his 2008 Challenge Tour with a three stroke win there last May. This year’s contenders tackle Faithlegg on May 19 to 23, with a Pro-Am event on May 20.

“We’re thrilled to have Faithlegg on the schedule again this year. It was a great event last year and the players really enjoyed the course. The Tower Hotel Group are great supporters of the Tour and we greatly appreciate Paul McDaid and Eric Rothschild’s hard work in staging the event again in the 2008,” said Danny Nickless, Operations Manager of the PGA EuroPro Tour.

The first tournament of the 2008 PGA EuroPro Tour takes place at Wensum Valley Golf and Country club in Tavernham, Norfolk on April 30 to May 2. Before the tour begins there are two rounds of the Qualifying School, running from April 9 to April 11. These take place at four different venues – The Bedford (Bedfordshire), Stoke-by-Nayland (Essex), The Players Club (Bristol) and Forest Pines (Lincolnshire).

The final qualifying round will be staged from April 16 to April 18 at the Frilford Heath Golf Club in Oxfordshire. Further information on the Qualifying School can be found here.
