A surge of late entries has prompted organisers to extend the closing dates for entry to the 2010 PGA EuroPro Tour qualifying school which carries a total prize fund of £16,000.
On-line entries are still being taken for stage one qualifying at both Slaley Hall, Northumberland and The Players Club, Bristol, (closing date 3pm, Wednesday, March 24) – players wishing to apply should do so via the link on the homepage.
The successful graduates will go through to final stage qualifying at Frilford Heath in Oxfordshire from 7-9 April and the chance to win exemption categories for the full 15 event schedule with total prize money of more than £650,000 at stake. The closing date has also been extended until 3pm, Monday, March 29 for any members exempt through to final stage qualifying.
The PGA EuroPro Tour is the world’s leading developmental tour and players to have come through the ranks include two-time European Tour winner Richard Finch.
The top 60 finishers at the end of the season will battle it out for the Tour Championship at Aphrodite Hills in Cyprus with the top five on the final Order of Merit securing a 2011 European Challenge Tour card.
