Staged from Wednesday, October 5 to Friday, October 7, the Tour Championships is the biggest and final event of the 2011 PGA EuroPro Tour season.

“I am delighted to announce that the 2011 Tour Championship will be staged at the fantastic Intercontinental Mar Menor Golf Resort,” said Danny Nickless, Operations Manager for the PGA EuroPro Tour.

“It is a Jack Nicklaus designed course and has a wonderful five-star hotel on site. I am sure the cream of the PGA EuroPro Tour will be delighted to play this course and compete for the most important championship of the year.”

Competition will be fierce as the top five players on the Order of Merit after this event will advance to next season’s Challenge Tour.

Only the top 60 players on the Order of Merit following the tournament at Hunley Hall, Yorkshire will be featuring with all of them playing three potentially life-changing rounds in Spain.
